Winter Park Concours d’Elegance

November 7th and 8th, 2009, Winter Park hosted the Concours d’Elegance, a french term meaning “competition of elegance”, a very befitting title for the classic car show. About 120 of the world’s most pretigious and luxurious vehicles lined Park Avenue six blocks deep in sunny, Winter Park, Florida. There, nationally ranked automobile judges strolled the immaculate display, choosing a hand-picked group to be recognized and awarded.
The attendence this year at Winter Park was impressive, as many owners were anxious to enter thier Porches, Duesenbergs and Lamborghinis. The Concours d’Elegance tours all throughout the United States, from locations in California, Colorado, Florida and Connecticut and also worldwide, with tours in Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands and beyond. This was the competition’s 8th year in Winter Park and is expected to continue to entertain owners, observers and enthusiasts for years to come.
